Project: Bellow Assembly Line
Customer: DiFACTO Robotics - Bangalore
The line is for Bellow Valve Assembly, which has eight sub parts. It consists eight Fully automated stations out of that two were equipped with ABB Robots. Our work involves commissioning and software developing for PLC & HMI (SIMATIC S7300,FM 353 , FM350 & TP170 ) for 2 Robot stations along with ABB robot I/O Signal hand shaking through profibus communication.

Project: Smart Card Milling Machine
Customer: Grace Manufacturing System
This is a Special purpose milling machine, used to do Pocket milling on Smart cards for embedding the electronic Chips . Our scope of work involves engineering, panel manufacturing, software development and Commissioning of machine. We have developed a 3 Axis motion control system using a PLC & Servo Motors.

Customer: MICO Bosch - Bangalore
Panel Manufacturing, Installation, Commission, and logic development in PLC for a Automatic Screw tightening station with Simatic S7-200 & Bosch Rexroth Nut runners .

Project: Robot Interfacing Panel
Customer: Fanuc India Pvt. Ltd.
Engineering, manufacturing & Commissioning of control panel for Fanuc Robot Hardware IO System used in Die casting System. The system includes two robots, One was used as pick place for the Die casting components and the other used for Spraying.

Project: Snow cutter application Software development for Bosch ECU
Customer: Bosch Rexroth
Snow cutter (blower) is a Mobile Hydraulic vehicle which is used for Ice removal in A snow falling areas. Our scope involves the application software development of hydrostatic travel drive, cutter drive and hydraulic load limiting on Bosch ECU's. And Developing CAN Bus Network and establishing the communication between Bosch ECU, Bosch CAN Expansion modules, Bosch Dash board Display unit and Cummins Electronic engine control unit.

Project: Milling Machine Controller
Customer: Grace Manufacturing System
Our scope involves, Engineering, Design and manufacturing an electrical control system using Siemens 802D sl CNC Controller and commissioning the machine.

Global Functional test rig is a universal steering Test rig used for testing 5 different test rigs as mentioned below
1. Mechanical Steering.
2. Hydraulic power Steering.
3. Electro hydraulic power steering.
4. Electronics Power steering Belt driven.
5. Electronics Power steering column driven.
Our Scope involves the Electrical circuit designing of the machine as per the IEC norms & CE Marking consultation and co ordination for the all the laboratory testing.
